My schedule is always packed, and today is no exception. I got the kids ready, fed them breakfast, and sent them off to school. With a long list of errands to tackle—including getting Emma a fall jacket, grocery shopping, buying cat food, and picking up a prescription—I started to feel overwhelmed just looking at it. But then I remembered: I can accomplish everything in one stop because CVS is now conveniently located inside my Target store!
That’s right! My Target Pharmacy has transitioned to a CVS Pharmacy, and this change affects all 1,672 pharmacies across 47 states. The best part for customers is the ease of access. If you were a Target pharmacy customer before, your records have been transferred to CVS Pharmacy. You can easily access and refill your prescriptions through CVS, and if you were enrolled in the automatic refill program, it will continue without interruption.
CVS Pharmacies in Target stores provide the complete range of services available at traditional CVS locations, including:
- Maintenance Choice: A program allowing CVS Caremark plan members to fill 90-day supplies of medications for chronic conditions either via mail service or at any CVS Pharmacy.
- Pharmacy Advisor: A program offering face-to-face counseling for CVS Caremark plan members with chronic conditions when filling prescriptions at CVS.
- Specialty Connect: A feature enabling patients to pick up their specialty prescriptions at any CVS.
Stay tuned for more information on the benefits of CVS Pharmacy being inside Target next month!
