Should You Fly On Frontier?
Being a budget airline, Frontier does cut corners on many parts of the travel experience.
This is why Frontier ended up with the dubious distinction of being among the top 10 of the world’s most disliked airlines. Travelers were frustrated by hidden fees, flight cancellations, and poor customer service.
The airline even eliminated telephone assistance, making it impossible to speak to a real person from customer service on the phone, as a cost-cutting measure.
However, if you’re on a tight budget, Frontier Airlines may be a good option. It’s even better for short getaways where you don’t need to bring much luggage (enter tons of additional fees) or don’t mind not being able to choose a seat on the aircraft (ditto for additional fees.)
